CB quality:
Our pieces are considered fine jewelry, they are gold plated - 18K gold filled - and finished in varnish. Pearls and natural stones may vary slightly in shape, size and color.
Caring for your CB piece:
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, creams, suntan lotions, sunscreen or any chemical product. Our tip when getting ready is: wear your CB last to avoid direct contact with perfume, cream and others.
Do not expose your pieces to the sun and store them in a dry place.
To clean them, just use a soft, dry flannel.

Shipping and Delivery
Carol Bolina takes responsibility for the quality of the products during the delivery process until they reach the requested destination.
Once delivery is confirmed, the responsibility immediately shifts to the recipient.
Delivery may be made to third parties, such as doormen or relatives over 18 years old.
IMPORTANT: If the packaging is not in proper condition or appears tampered with, do not accept it. If the product is damaged, immediately contact Carol Bolina through our Customer Service Channels. The deadline to report any issues after receiving the product is 24 hours from the time the merchandise with transportation-related issues is received. Accepting damaged (or tampered) packaging or reporting the issue after 24 hours from the delivery date will result in the loss of the warranty.
Do you offer a warranty for your products?
Carol Bolina products come with a 90-day warranty, starting from the date of delivery/receipt by the buyer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects detected after the products have been received.
However, the Carol Bolina warranty does not cover the following situations:
– Parts and/or pieces damaged due to misuse or exposure to adverse and unforeseen conditions (weather, humidity, sea air, extreme cold, heat, and cosmetic use)
– Natural wear and tear from product usage
– Non-existent defect (a defect reported by the customer that cannot be verified)
– Signs of accidental or intentional damage.
What are the recommended care instructions for the items?

How do Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations work?
If you wish to exchange, return, or cancel your order, please contact us at +xxxxxxxxxxxx or via email at carolbolinaca@gmail.com within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the items. Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage. The exchange can be made for another item of the same value or used as part of the payment for a higher-value item.
In case of return or cancellation, returns will only be accepted within 7 days for online purchases, provided they are in their original packaging, with no signs of use or damage. After receiving and inspecting the product, the company will take the necessary steps to refund the amount.
